This memorial website was created in the memory of our dad, Craig Littlejohn who was born in Illinois on February 23, 1957 and passed away on June 01, 2008 at the age of 51. We will remember him forever.
Craig or Littlejohn as he was called by friends is the father of 5 kids, Craig Jr., Marcia, Amanda, Georgia Rae and Jackson. He was married to Tracy for over 20 years and lived the last 14+ years in Wilmington, NC. Enjoying the I.C. Water way steps from his home. He was also Papa to Dakota, Preston and Alivia. Uncle Craig to Nichole and angel ^!^Colleen.
Born in Illinois to Donald and Carol Littlejohn, he had an older sister Donna and older brother Kim. He was the wild 3rd child for sure. Growing up in IL he loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, sledding, playing baseball/softball, boating, riding bikes I could go on in on. Always had a smile on his face...or more like a happy grimace.
He loved Dogs especially German Short Haired Pointers. In my life (Amanda) we had Sweetness & Lady. For my little sister and brother Shnapps & Griffen (Tracy's baby).
He was a HUGE St. Louis Cardinals fan and Greenbay Packer fan. He loved to fish and taught his girls how to bait a hook whether they wanted to our not.

Jimmy Buffett was who I grew up listening to and reminds me of my dad lik no other. He was a major fan there was no other that could sing the words that I believe were in my dad's heart.

This website will be a colaboration from his children, mother and wife so come back and check what we have been up to.
Have to add the Saab Story. Dad always wanted a rag top, my whole life that is all I heard about a rag top this, that and the other. Well he got him one in 2007 and we were lucky to see it in all it's "glory". They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

YOU GOTTA MAKE TIME
I'm sorry that we never did get together
To talk about old times over a beer.
Cause this morning when I picked up the paper,
I found out that you were no longer here.
I guess we both were just too busy,
To meet up at the bar and have that drink.
Now that I know it will never happen,
It made me just sit here and think.
You gotta make time for the ones that really matter.
You gotta make time for the ones you care about.
Because time will keep rolling on forever,
But you never know when your time will run out.
I made it over to the service, that they had on your front lawn.
Talked awhile with your wife and children.
They're trying hard to get along.
I learned a whole lot more about you,
When the preacher read your eulogy.
He said in the end that you found Jesus,
Now I know you're where I hoped you'd be.
You gotta make time for the ones that really matter.
You gotta make time for the ones you care about.
Because time will keep rolling on forever,
But you never know when your time will just run out.
I started thinking about my old friends.
That I lost touch with long ago.
Wondering how their lives turned out,
Down which paths they chose to go.
So I started searching the internet, Tracking them down one by one.
Finding out all the things that they did, Sharing with them all I've done.
You gotta make time for the ones that really matter.
You gotta make time for the ones you care about.
Because time will keep rolling on forever,
But you never know when your time will just run out.
This tribute was written by a very good friend of Craig's.
